(LVDE) — On the occasion of its 2026 Sales Conference held in Douala, Nestlé Cameroon allocated nearly CFA 65 million to recognize its top-performing distribution partners. This initiative illustrates the agri-food leader’s commitment to strengthening its value chain and fostering sustainable growth alongside its partners.
In a warm yet professional atmosphere, Nestlé Cameroon’s 2026 Sales Conference stood out as a key moment for recognition and strategic outlook. Bringing together the company’s sales and marketing teams as well as the sales forces of its distributors, the event provided an opportunity to review the 2025 performance while laying the groundwork for ambitions for 2026.
At the heart of the gathering, the awards ceremony for the best distributors made a strong impression. Four partners were honored under the 2025 Distributor Challenge, receiving utility vehicles and other high-value rewards. Through this investment, estimated at nearly CFA 65 million, Nestlé Cameroon reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the performance of its network and to concretely backing the development of those who help ensure the availability of its products nationwide.
Speaking to participants, Nestlé Cameroon’s Managing Director, Aboubacar Coulibaly, emphasized that 2025 marked a real turning point in the company’s commercial momentum. He noted that the adoption of a “conquest mindset” and the collective mobilization of teams led to tangible results, while stressing the need to sustain this energy in 2026 to continue creating value for the company, its partners, and above all, consumers.
On the winners’ side, the recognition was met with pride. Romain Sidjié, CEO of NEW DEAL Nkongsamba and top recipient of the challenge, praised a partnership built on trust and a shared vision, considering the distinction a further lever to strengthen operational capacity and support continued growth.
Beyond the awards, the conference also strengthened human connections. A friendly football match and a tour of the Nestlé factory allowed distributors to better understand the brand’s environment and the quality standards behind the products they proudly represent on the market every day. Through this approach, Nestlé Cameroon reinforces its position as a responsible company, attentive to the performance of its ecosystem and firmly committed to collective and sustainable success.
