(LVDE) – Large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as economic operators, are expected in Yaoundé from June 12 to 21, 2026, at the Palais des Congrès, for the 10th edition of the International Exhibition for Enterprises, SMEs, and Partnerships, known as Promote. The announcement was made by the Inter-Progress Foundation, the government’s designated organizer.
With great enthusiasm, the Inter-Progress Foundation announced in a press release dated July 29, 2025, that the 10th edition of Promote will take place from June 12 to 21, 2026, at the Yaoundé Conference Center. This event, commissioned by the Cameroonian government, will mark 25 years of commitment to enterprise development and economic progress in the region. The theme of this edition, “Private enterprises and the business environment : What guidelines in the face of national and international economic challenges ?”, highlights the critical issues that businesses must navigate in an ever-changing economic landscape.
The organizing team emphasizes that ten editions represent not only a celebration of past achievements but also a promise for the future of Cameroonian and African enterprises. As with every edition, Promote 2026 will be packed with activities, including a major exhibition, conferences, thematic workshops, and business meetings. Participants will also enjoy a variety of side events that will enhance every visitor’s experience.
As a multisectoral trade fair, Promote has established itself as the largest economic gathering in Cameroon and Central Africa. Held every two years, it brings together around a thousand exhibitors—both local and international—from diverse sectors such as agriculture, agribusiness, energy, industry, construction, mining, infrastructure, information and communication technologies (ICT), health, finance, and tourism.

Participating in Promote offers companies a unique opportunity to explore business prospects, build technical and financial partnerships, and showcase their expertise in the marketplace. The trade fair also serves as a meeting point for benchmarking against competitors, accessing new markets, and engaging in vital discussions to support business growth. Companies will be able to exchange ideas on the challenges and opportunities of a dynamic economic environment, thereby fostering innovation and sustainable development.
Over the years, Promote has become an unmissable event contributing to the economic growth of Cameroon and Central Africa. With each edition, it has strengthened its role as a platform for exchange and collaboration, attracting participants from a wide range of backgrounds. Thanks to its strategic geographic position at the crossroads of Central and West Africa, the fair has become a hub of opportunity for companies looking to grow and innovate.
In a world where economic challenges are increasingly complex, the 10th edition of Promote is seen as a proactive response to the concerns of economic stakeholders. Discussions on the business environment and adaptation strategies will be central to the event, helping participants better prepare for future challenges.
The Inter-Progress Foundation therefore invites all institutional and private companies to gear up for this landmark event. Promote 2026 promises to be an essential occasion to strengthen Cameroon’s economic fabric, showcase local expertise, and promote sustainable development through collaborative initiatives. The date is set for June 2026, and all players in the business world are expected to gather and celebrate innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa.
